## Index Power Score (IPS)

The Index Power Score is Phase's framework for evaluating validators in the Phase Delegation pool. It is a weighted composite across multiple dimensions.

Current production weights (as of May 2026):

Earlier IPS versions weighted Sustainability as a separate sub-score; that has been replaced by Delegator APY in the current production weights.

- Pool members must meet bond requirements
- Contribution scoring is admin-graded with strike-based review
